The Junior League of Calgary is proud of our 75-year history within Calgary, but as the years have passed, changes have occurred. To reach our 75th milestone year, our League has adapted to societal changes. We are a formidable force of women who put our values to work in modern ways.

We accept new members throughout the year.

The JLC is an entirely volunteer-run organization. Each member makes a commitment to the organization to take an active role in running our organization. Member obligations vary depending upon her role within the organization; however, each member volunteers in the community, volunteers on a team that supports the League, and financially supports the League through membership dues.

As an organization, we support our members in achieving their personal and professional goals through networking, professional development and leadership opportunities.
